Allow Refreshing DB Service Instance Selected objects Rather than All objects

Refreshing a db Service Instance in Management currently requires refreshing the entire service instance. This is very time consuming for large databases and seems to be overkill when a developer just needs to refresh one smart object when a new field has been added.

Allowing the user the option of selecting multiple schemas or multiple tables, views, or stored procedures that need to be refreshed would be a more efficient use of a developer's time and I suppose for Nintex support staff as well.
