Duplicate or Copy and Paste Form Rules

We find ourselves sometimes needing to duplicate rules in the form designer. Having the ability to duplicate form rules and then move them to other states would save us a lot of time. Alternatively having the ability to 'copy and paste' a rule into the same state or a different state would also solve this issue for us.
